Custom Event Data
Questions set up here are not answered by registrants, but by the event builder when they set up (or edit) the event in Plan > Event Setup > Detail. Note: There is no need to use these in configuring the display shell in events. Custom Questions for all Events in this Account
The list of questions may be a multi-page list.

Click any cell in a row (except the Actions column) to show the Questions page with the full (editable) details for the question in that row.

Click the Delete icon
in the Actions column to delete that custom question.

– Copy question. (Opens the Questions page in a pop-up window, populated with the same values, for you to change at least the Name.)

– Delete the question. When you confirm your action, the question is deleted (i.e., marked inactive in Certain) and removed from the list of Custom Questions for all events in this account.

As described above, this is for you if you were using Custom Event Data for this purpose until account-level display fields were introduced in Certain 7.0.

To create a custom question
Click Add New to create a custom question using the Questions page.
Maximum number of custom event questions per account = 45.
Re-order Questions
Use the Move Up and Move Down buttons to edit the sequence in which custom questions are displayed.
