What are Tags for?

Certain Signal
Certain Signal customers apply tags to the following data types in order to track the flow of that data to their target third-party system, such as Eloqua or Marketo.

Certain Signal customers also apply tags to the following, so that they can filter registration records in Signal by these values.
API 2.0
You can apply tags to the data types (technically known as "objects") listed below.
Any of these tags are exposed via Certain's API 2.0.
The APIs associated with the objects will return the associated tags if you include an includeList=tags attribute.
