Account Information
Accounts are used to organize Certain events and enable users to see information about the events they have developed within the application.
An account has a single database of profile and event information.
Use this page to update important account information for the current account.
Account Information
This section contains the contact information of the person who is primarily responsible for the users and events contained within the account.
Account Name, Primary Contact, and Email are required fields. We recommend entering all the additional contact information for the Primary Contact.
For Certain customers, the Primary Contact is the person who receives invoices regarding registration services for your organization. (If the account's parent account is the Certain platform root account, this message displays at the top of the section: "Note: Your Certain invoices will be sent to the contact listed below.")
