Sub-Accounts
You can create sub-accounts within (under) your account, or within any other sub-accounts within your account.
This is useful if you manage events for client organizations or for other divisions of your company, and you want to keep their event and registration data separate from that of other accounts.

-
Account Code – (Required) Used to uniquely identify each account.
It is also the name of the directory used to store static files for that account (images, Excel spreadsheets, PDF attachments, etc.).
The code is used in the profile Username calculation, if you use the system-generated Username values.
Must consist of only numbers and letters.
Caution: Must be unique regardless of case. (For example: could not be "MySubAccount" if there is already a sub-account with a Unique Code of "mysubaccount".
Since the code must be unique, you may have to try several values before the system will accept the code as valid.
Best Practice: Use the shortest code possible that will uniquely identify the account.
-
Support Rep – (Required) The user within your account who will provide front-line customer support for the client account.
-
