Access (for Administrators only) via: Account Settings > Implementation > Products

Select Products

This section includes a full list of Certain products, grouped in modules. Make the desired selections and click the Save button.

If a product module is selected (i.e., checked):

• The corresponding section is expanded and the individual sub-features can be selected.

• The current account has access to the product.

Note: The Event Module is permanently selected.

When a product module is not selected (i.e. unchecked):

• The entire section collapses, and none of the sub-features can be selected.

• The current account does not have access to that product.
  (When a product is unchecked at the account level, the system de-selects the product within each event in that account.)

Note: When you save a change to a product's selection, the account's  Administration Account Information" href="https://community.certain.com/kbase/admin/account.htm" data-rhwidget="HyperlinkPopover" data-loaded="true" style="display: inline; font-family: Lato, Verdana, Arial, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(22, 7, 255); text-decoration: underline;"primary contact is advised by email.

Notes re sub-accounts:

1. When a new sub-account is created, the Product selections default to those of the parent account.

2. A product can only be selected in a sub-account if it is selected in the parent account.
   (It can however be deselected in a sub-account even though selected in the parent account.)

Best Practices

Two credit card access options show in the Select Products section:

• Financial Module: Full CC Number Access – View full CC number in payments and refunds reports.

• Accommodation Module option: Full CC Number Access – View full CC number in Accommodation Reservation room guarantee.

If an account does not need access to full credit card numbers, deselect these options.
