Report List
Introduction
You reach this list of event-level reports by clicking the Reports/Analyze menu link on the right of the top navigation bar in an event.
It lists standard and user-defined reports, sorted by their user-defined report group.

To run a report, click its Report Name or click its
Preview icon.

To add a new report, setting it up from scratch, click Add Report (at top of page).

To copy an existing report (in order to edit the copy), click
Copy in the Actions column for that reports or click Copy Report (at top of page).

– Mark the report as a Favorite.

– Remove a previously "favorited" report from your list of favorites.
Filtering the Reports Listed
To show only a specific group of reports, select it in the Filter drop-down list, where they are categorized as follows:

All Reports – Displays all reports

Event Reports - Reports available in this event
-
Account Reports - Reports available to this account
-
System Reports – Default reports available to all events

Summary Reports – High-level reports that contain numerical summaries of the current registration database

Custom Reports – User-defined reports created for specific accounts or events

Inactive Reports – User-defined reports that have been marked as not active
These filters also include any report groups you have created when adding custom reports.).

Creating a New Report
Click Add Report (at the top of the page) to create a new custom (user-defined) report.

Copying a Report
For backwards compatibility:
Instead of clicking Copy for a report you can click Copy Report (at the top of the page) to create a new report using the Report Copy Wizard, which provides step-by-step instructions, starting with selecting the report to copy, and allocating a name to the copy.
