Planners can search for profiles in any accounts they have access to.

You can search for a profile using the following criteria:

• Standard Filters – You can search using one or two date intervals. Date intervals can be applied to Date Created – the date the profile was created or  Date Modified – date the profile was last modified.

• Advanced Filters – You can search on up to six fields—including all standard profile fields, and any custom profile fields you have defined.

In order to broaden your search, use a "%" as a wildcard to return any number of characters. For example, First Name = "Bo%y" will return Borry, Bosey, Bothey, etc.
