For PCI compliance, Certain Platform will clear credit card information from the records 90 days after the original transaction date or 90 days after the event end date, whichever is later. When the message "Error submitting transaction to CardConnect" displays when processing a payment, this is because the credit card number is no longer in Certain Platform for that transaction.
A new record will need to be created, and the credit card information will need to be added again to process a new payment.
