The Executive View is designed to provide a business executive with a 30,000 feet representation of the performance of a single event or group of events.

It will help executives make business decisions around missing, meeting, or exceeding objectives, whether or not they should continue, increase, or decrease these types of events and/or decide who they should target in the future.

 

This dashboard will help answer the following questions:

• How was the event registration vs. the goal?
• How successful was the event (from a pipeline perspective)?
• What’s the ROI?
• What organizations and titles did we attract?

 

Elements on the Executive View

The Executive View is a rich dashboard containing different metrics and elements to use for event analysis.

Event Registration Goal indicator

• Where?

On the top right hand side of the dashboard.   

• What for?

It gives a visual indication (green or red color) as to whether you met your registration goal for the event (provided that one was set). 

     

 

Registrations, Attendance & Engagement metrics

• Where?

On the left side of the dashboard.           

• What for?

It provides the total number of registrants, the total number of attendees, the percentage of attendance, the total number of engaged participants and the percentage of engaged participants.

 

Bubble chart graph

• Where?

In the center of the dashboard.       

 

• What for?

This graph provides the top 10 values in number of registrations among 3 dimensions of analysis. It is interactive and offers the ability to dynamically recalculate the Registrations, Attendance and Engagement metrics on the left upon selection of one or more values of the same dimension. In addition to that, hovering over a specific value provides a tooltip with metrics information about that value.

 

Event financial information

• Where?

On the right side of the dashboard using the drawer icon   

 

 

• What for?

This section of the dashboard provides financial details about the event such as total cost, cost per registrant, total influenced pipeline, influenced pipeline per registrant and the event ROI. Those metrics will be recalculated when the user selects value(s) in the bubble chart.

 

 

Executive View with multiple events

When used with multiple events, the Executive View contains an extra visualization at the top of the dashboard. It is a heat map of the selected events. It can be used to get more details by hovering over each event, or to filter the bubble chart and the financial information by selecting one or multiple events in the heat map.
