Search Profiles
The Search Profiles page enables you to find profiles, using potentially very detailed searches of the profiles database for the current account. You can then edit a record you select in the results returned.

Add Profile – Add a new profile record

Find Profiles – This search page.

Import Profiles – Import profiles from Salesforce, if your account is connected to a Salesforce.com account.
Contact Filters
Use this section to build your search based on filtering any combination of profile fields.

Columns – The data field on which to filter data. Includes:

Standard Profile Fields (such as First name, Last Name, Organization, etc.)

Custom Profile Data Fields (as set up by an Administrator on Account Settings > Registration > Profile Data)

Traveler Information Fields > (such as Frequent Flyer Number, Passport Number, etc.)

Operator – Specifies how the data field contents will be evaluated to create the filter, such as "is equal to" or "is not equal to".

Value – A string of text. For "yes" you can use the numeral 1, for "no" you can use the numeral 0.

You can select And/Or to join multiple filter criteria using the logical AND/OR operators.
Date Filters
Use this section to apply one or two date-based filters to your search. To create a date filter:

Select the Interval field on which to filter.

Standard profile fields:

Date Created

Date Modified

Date of Birth

Traveler Information Fields:

Passport Expiration date

From the drop-down next to the data field, select a range of dates to apply to the data field or select Custom.

If you selected Custom, use the Start Date/Time and End Date/Time fields to enter a date range.
Note: Times must be in 24-hour format (HH:MM:SS) based on Certain's time, which is United States Pacific Time.
