Event Documents
Use the Event Documents page to store documents—such as Contracts, RFPs, RFP Responses, and more—at the event level.
This event-level documents area is intended for documents that are tied directly to an event.
If you wish to store more general documents (such as document templates), you can store them at the account level (go to > Events > Documents). Note that any documents you define here will also be displayed in the event-level list.
Event Documents
This section displays a list of documents that have been created in the current event. The list may be a multi-page list.

To edit the details of a document record,click on a row. (That opens the Create Document page for that document.)

To view the document itself, click the document name (which is displayed as a link).

To create a new document record, click the Add New button to open the Create Document page.
