Create Document (at Event Level)
Use this page to create or edit an event-related document.
(To view and create account-level documents, which can be associated with one or more events and/or one or more suppliers, got to > Events > Documents.)
Create a New Document
This section contains the following fields:

Name – (Required) Enter a name for the document.

Type – Select the document type from the drop-down list. ("Contract", "RFP", "RFP Response", or a new type that has been added.)
To create a new type, select Add a new type and enter a name for it. -
Description – Enter a description for the document.
Once you save the document, this section will also include a download document link. You can copy and paste this link and use it to share the document with your suppliers, users, and partners.
Select File

File Path – Select this option if you wish to upload a local file. Click Browse to locate the file on your machine.

File Link – Select this option if the document is accessible via the web, and you wish to include a link to the file.
Event Assignments
A list of events that this document has been associated with. An association will automatically be created for this event.
You can optionally associate the document with additional events. To create a new event assignment, click the Add Event button. Note that this button will not appear until you save a document. Select an event from the drop-down list and click Save. Note that an event can only be associated with a document once, so any events that have already been assigned to the document will not appear in the drop-down list.
Supplier Assignments
A list of suppliers that this document has been associated with.
To create a new supplier assignment, click the Add Supplier button. Note that this button will not appear until you save a document. Select a supplier from the drop-down list and click Save. Note that a supplier can only be associated with a document once, so any suppliers that have already been assigned to the document will not appear in the drop-down list.
