Event Overview

(Event) > Plan > Event Setup > Overview

This page summarizes the setup of an event on a single screen. Use it to review the setup or to print a summary page about the event.

You cannot change any information on this page directly.

To edit details for a particular section, click the pencil icon  in the section header, or the link in the Left Navigation panel.

To edit the details of a particular item listed in a table (such as an attendee type or an agenda item), click on that row.

Note that each list (Custom Statuses or Attendee Types, for example) may be a multi-page list.

 Open print-preview window – To open a printer-friendly overview of the Event Setup in a pop-up window, click the printer icon  in the page header. The new window displays the Event Overview summary formatted for printing. To print that page, click the Print Window link at the top of the page. To close the window and return to the Event Overview page, click Close Window.

 Mark as favorite – To add the event to your favorites, click the  white star icon in the page header. It will then be available in your Favorites list. Clicking an event in your Favorites list opens the Event Dashboard for that event.

 Remove from favorites – The icon for a favorite event is  a dark star, which you can click to remove the event from your list of favorites.
