Speakers
On the Speakers page (under Event Setup) you can add speakers with their biography and photo, and associate them with the agenda items at which they are speaking.

Note: If the Speaker and Session Management module is in use in an event, then speakers are set up on the Manage > Speakers page, and this Event Setup > Speakers page does not exist in the event.
Add Speaker
Complete the following fields for each speaker:

First Name – (Required) The speaker's first name.

Middle Name – The speaker's middle name.

Last Name – The speaker's last name.

Email – The speaker's email address.

Organization– The name of the speaker's organization.

Photo – Click the Browse button to upload a photo of the speaker.

Recommended maximum width: 150px.

For best display results, keep speaker photos all the same size.

When adding a speaker, leave the field blank for no photo to be displayed for that speaker on Certain Mobile.
But when editing a speaker's record, leave the field blank to retain the existing photo, if there is one.

Bio – Enter the speaker's biographical information.
Associated Agenda Items
In this section you can associate a speaker with one or more agenda items – the sessions at which they are speaking.
Select the session in the Event Agenda Items list on the left, and click the right arrow ->> to move it into the Associated With This Speaker list on the right.
Available Speakers
This section lists the speakers that have been added to the event, and shows their photos. Click the pencil icon to edit a speaker, or the delete icon
to delete one.
