Event Setup > Dashboard

Once you have completed building your event in the Event Setup Wizard, you are taken to the Event Setup > Dashboard. From here, you can edit the event, preview the registration form and website, change the event status to Live, or convert the event to Classic mode.

Print - You may print this page by clicking the Printer icon in the top right corner.

Favorite - You may make this event a Favorite by clicking the star icon next to the Printer icon.

Event Details

Select Edit this event to return to the Event Setup Wizard.

Other Elements

If you created Attendee Types, Agenda Items, or set up payment processing for this event, a summary of your data is displayed.

Convert event to Classic mode – The Classic mode of event building offers the option for each event to have multiple registration forms and websites, and also supports Accommodation and Travel, in addition to many other features. If you need access to advanced event configuration and form-building options, and you have permission to access the Classic mode, you may convert your event to Classic mode. Please note, once you convert an event to the Classic mode, you will not be able to access it through the Event Setup Wizard.

Registration Form and Website

Website Preview – Click the Preview button to see your event's website.

Form Preview – Click the Preview button to see your event's registration form.

URLs – The form and website URLs are listed here, and can be copied and pasted elsewhere.

Event Status – When you complete an event in the Event Setup Wizard, it is in Testing mode. You must change it to Live mode here before opening registration.
