Event Waitlist form section
Add an Event Waitlist section to a form if the event is set to process waitlisted registrations automatically.
For a quick overview of that feature, see Automatic Event Waitlisting.
For full details, see the Automatic Event Waitlisting Guide PDF.
What Happens?
When the event capacity has been reached, registrants see this form section, where they select a check box to join the waitlist.
Note: They must select the check box in order to continue.
If a space subsequently becomes available, the automatic process moves the registrant off the waitlist if they are at the top of the queue.
They are notified by email, provided an email template has been selected on Event Options > Automatic Event Waitlisting.
