Query (Find) Registrations

The Query Registrations page enables you to quickly find one or more registrants, using potentially very detailed searches.
How to Use the Query Registrations Page

Build your query using the options included in the Filters section below.
The defaults columns to query are First Name, Last Name, Email, Reg Code, Organization, and Username.
Change and/or add columns as necessary. -
Click Search to display a Report Results window listing the registrations that match your query.

As for any Report Results, you can then perform Actions (such as Compose Email or Manage Itineraries), or run Mass Actions such as setting properties or changing status), or click a result number link in the first column to open that registrant's record.

Filters
Use this section to find registrants based on profile and/or registration information.

Columns – There five columns pre-selected, joined by "and": First Name, Last Name, Email, Reg Code and Organization.
To change any of them, select a data field from the drop-down list. The fields available are under several sub-headings. -

Standard Profile Fields (e.g. First Name, Last Name, etc.)

Custom Profile Data Fields (as set up for the account by an administrator, on Account Settings > Registration > Profile Data)

Standard Registration Fields (e.g. Attendee Type, Registration Status, etc.)

Registration Appointment Fields (if the Appointments Module is enabled. e.g. Primary Location, Number of Appointments, Number of Appointment Preferences.)

Custom Registration Data Fields (as set up for the event on Plan > Event Setup > Questions)

Registration Financial Fields (e.g. Registration Fee Code, Total Charges, etc.)

Registration Accommodation Fields (e.g. Number Rooms Requested, etc.)

Primary Room Reservation Fields (e.g. Primary Room Hotel Code, Primary Room Arrival, etc.)

Standard Event Fields (e.g. Event Name, Event Code, etc.)

Location/Venue Fields (e.g. Event Name, Event Code, etc.)

Operator – Select the operator to use in assessing the Value you enter or select.

Value – Enter the value on which to search.
To add additional search criteria, first select an appropriate value in the drop-down list of conjunctions at the beginning of the next row:

Another set of Columns / Operator / Value fields is displayed. Select or enter values as you did for the first five.
You can repeat that for additional sets as necessary, combining the conjunctions to make your logic as complex as required.
Standard Filters
Use this section to find registrants based on any combination of these four filters:

Complete – [Any], Yes, or No. Is the person's registration complete?

Registered – [Any], Yes, or No. Is the person registered?

Status Type – Accepted, Pending, Cancelled, or Denied. (Every registration status is classified as being one of these four types.)

Appointment Participants Only – [Any], Yes, or No. Does the attendee have any appointments scheduled?
Date Filters
Use this section is to find registrants based on when various registration-related actions occurred.
For each of and Interval #2:

Time Period – Select an existing time period or specify your own date range. Enter your own date (MM/DD/YYYY) and time (HH:MM AM or PM) in the From and To text fields or use the pop-up calendar.
