Custom registration statuses can be set up (in addition to the eleven standard registration statuses ) on Plan > Configure > Custom Statuses.
The All Registrations By Status summary report is presented in two forms: two pie charts and a report table.

Status and Classification
Each event has 11 standard registration statuses and may also have any number of custom registration statuses.
A status is classified as one of these four:
-
Accepted
-
Pending
-
Denied
-
Cancelled
Click here for information about the standard status levels and the 4 classifications.
Note that this report includes registrations in all four status classifications.
Tip: To see how the assigned registration statuses are classified (i.e. Cancelled, Denied, Pending or Accepted), hover your mouse over the name of a status (e.g. New, No-Show, Cancelled, etc.). For example, hovering over "New" shows "New Registration (Default) Accepted".
Completed Registrations
Another report on the same Event Dashboard page, Completed Registrations by Attendee Type, does not include denied registrations, cancelled registrations, or incomplete registrations. If the event has any registrations that are cancelled, denied, or incomplete, then the total number of complete registrations in this report (All Registrations By Status) will not equal the total in that report (Completed Registrations by Attendee Type).
