Tags – Select any of the tags set up for the current account (by an Administrator in Account Settings > Management > Tags).
Start typing for matching tags to be displayed incrementally.
You can select multiple tags per session item. (Click the small x after a tag to delete it.)
This is usually for use in conjunction with the Points value of the session (see Points, below) as a metric for integration connectors, and for reporting.

Industries – Select "target" industries for this session.
The list available is of those assigned to this event (in Manage > Speaker and Session Management > Setup > Industries). -
Job Functions – Select "target" job functions for this session.
The list available is of those assigned to this event (in Manage > Speaker and Session Management > Setup > Job Functions). -
Track – Select a track from those set up on Manage > Speakers and Sessions > Tracks.

Sub-track – Select one or more sub-tracks from those set up for the selected track on Manage > Speakers and Sessions > Tracks.

Session Level – Select the level of difficulty, if applicable. The standard levels included are Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced.
Clickto add a custom session level. (A text box is added; type the new Session Level Name, and press Enter.)
Clickto delete the currently selected session level (including standard levels). Note: This makes the level unavailable for any session in this event, so you can't delete one currently assigned to another session.

Session Label – An optional short label, which you can use on reports instead of the Session Name, which may be a lot longer.

Points – The number of points allocated per Tag (see Tags, above), used when attendees' interest metrics are calculated.
The aggregate number of points per tag can be exported via a connector to a third-party application (such as Eloqua or Marketo), or seen in the Interest Metrics Report. -
CEU Credits – The number of Continuing Education credits applicable.

Instances – The number of times this session takes place. Must be an integer greater than zero.
You may schedule this many instances of the session.
Example: Instances = 2. One instance might be scheduled for Friday at 2:00 PM in Room ABC , and the other for Saturday at 3:00 PM in Room DEF. -
Abstract File – Shows the details of the abstract document (e.g., a PDF) if one has been uploaded. (Document Name (filename) and Size are shown.)
To add a presentation, click Browse to select a file on your computer, and then Upload to upload it to the event.
Note: Only one abstract document can be uploaded at a time. If you upload a new one it will replace the original. -
Session Description –Describes the session. Edit using the HTML editor. Maximum length: 8000 characters.

Session Notes – Any internal notes about this session, for the planner. Maximum length: 500 characters.

Abstract Description–Use the HTML editor to enter a description or summary of the abstract. This is for internal use, not for attendees to read. Maximum length: 8000 characters. (In previous releases, this field was labeled "Abstract".)
