Session Export (in Speaker and Session Management)
To export sessions, got to Speakers and Sessions Sessions" style="display: inline; font-family: Lato, Verdana, Arial, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(22, 7, 255); text-decoration: underline;"Sessions and click the Export button (at top right).
You could, for example, then make changes and additions, and Speakers and Sessions Sessions "Import"" style="display: inline; font-family: Lato, Verdana, Arial, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(22, 7, 255); text-decoration: underline;"Import the amended file.
Any field with more than one value, such as Speakers, is exported in a single column, with the values separated by | ("pipe") characters.

Especially important if you will be editing and re-importing the data.
Steps to follow

Click Export

In the drop-down list, choose a category type and a file type.

Category Type:

Without Instances – One row per session, without any information about any scheduled instances. (See Field List.)

With Instances – Include information about the scheduled instances of the sessions: the dates, times and locations. (See Field List.)

Only Instances – Include only information about the scheduled instances. (See Field List.)

File Type

CSV

Excel
-
Click Download

The file is saved to your PC.
Depending on your browser settings, you may be prompted to choose whether to open or save the file.
