Introduction

• Add Event Track – This pop-up window opens when you click Add New on the  Speakers and Sessions Tracks" href="https://community.certain.com/pagehelp/userconferences/event_track.htm" style="display: inline; font-family: Lato, Verdana, Arial, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(22, 7, 255); text-decoration: underline;"Tracks page.
  Details are blank.
  Enter the required information, and Save.

• Edit Event Track – This almost identical version opens when you click  under Actions for an existing track in the  Speakers and Sessions Tracks "Event track list" panel" style="display: inline; font-family: Lato, Verdana, Arial, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(22, 7, 255); text-decoration: underline;"Event Track List panel on the same  Speakers and Sessions Tracks" href="https://community.certain.com/pagehelp/userconferences/event_track.htm" style="display: inline; font-family: Lato, Verdana, Arial, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(22, 7, 255); text-decoration: underline;"Tracks page.

Add Event Track

The fields for each track are:

• Track Name – (Required) Must be unique in the event.

• Track Description – (Required)

• Track Color – (Required) Select the color to be used on the Grid View of the  Speakers and Sessions Sessions" href="https://community.certain.com/pagehelp/userconferences/session.htm" style="display: inline; font-family: Lato, Verdana, Arial, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(22, 7, 255); text-decoration: underline;"Sessions page for sessions in this track.

• Reviewers – (Optional) Select one or more  Speakers and Sessions Session Review Reviewers" href="https://community.certain.com/pagehelp/userconferences/reviewer.htm" style="display: inline; font-family: Lato, Verdana, Arial, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(22, 7, 255); text-decoration: underline;"Reviewers,who are to be responsible for reviewing the sessions in this track. They do this using the online  Speakers and Sessions Reviewer Portal" style="display: inline; font-family: Lato, Verdana, Arial, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(22, 7, 255); text-decoration: underline;"Reviewer Portal.
  Note: Available only if the Session Layout selected is Conference Sessions.
  Note: If a  Speakers and Sessions Reviewer Portal" style="display: inline; font-family: Lato, Verdana, Arial, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(22, 7, 255); text-decoration: underline; font-weight: normal;"Reviewer Portal is used in the event, each Track must have at least one reviewer assigned to it; otherwise, sessions in that track cannot be reviewed.

• Sub-Track – (Optional) Click to add one or more sub-tracks to the current track.

• To add a sub-track: Enter its name and click Add New at the end of that field.

• To delete an existing sub-track, click the Sub-track field to display the list of sub-tracks, and click the red cross  next to the one you want to delete.
