Industries (in event)

(event) > Manage > Speakers and Sessions > Setup > Industries

On this page you select the industries to be available for use in the event, in the Speaker and Session Management module (which must be enabled for the event).

Examples: "Financial Services", "Pharmaceutical", etc.

These are for speakers and event planners to use as the "target" industries for sessions in this event.

The industries you choose from are those an Administrator has first created in the account (on Account Settings > Management > Industries).
If none are listed for you to choose from, your Administrator needs to add some to the account first.
