Use this page to create a new event.

It is only available if you have access to the Event Setup Wizard.

Create a New Event

Depending on your user permissions, one or two buttons are displayed:

• Create event in Classic mode – Use the Classic mode, starting on the Event Details page, for advanced and standard event setup.
  In this mode you see the all the relevant pages, such as Event Setup, Forms, and Websites, depending on the modules you activate for the event.

• Create event using Event Setup Wizard – You can use the Event Setup Wizard for simple events. The wizard guides you through the process of setting up the event, registration form, and website.
  Note:  Several feature and options are not available in the wizard, including Speaker and Session Management, Promo Codes, Travel, Accommodation, Appointments, Qualification and Approval,  and Advanced Display functionality.

Event Setup in Progress

If you have built any events using the Event Setup Wizard, they appear in this list. Click on an event name or the pencil icon to edit the event.

The progress bar indicates the percentage of the setup that is completed. Once events are completed, they move from this list to the Event List and are visible on the Events Calendar on the Event Dashboard.
