If an event doesn't show up in your account's Event List, it could be marked as a template. Templates are kept off the Event List so nobody edits them by accident, since every event you create from a template copies its setup.
Where you can still find it: the Templates tab, Recent Items in the right-hand panel if the event was accessed fairly recent, and the Events search under the search icon.
To create an event from a template:
- Open your account and click Templates.
- Or find your event under Create an Event from (your account) Templates.
- Click Select Template on the event's card.
- Enter the new event's details in the Certain Wizard and finish creating the event.
- Make your changes in the new event, not in the template.
Editing the template: You can still edit the template itself, but we don't recommend it while it's the standard for upcoming events. Every event you create from it afterwards picks up the change.
If the event shouldn't be a template:
- Open the event from Recent Items (for recently accessed events) or the Events search.
- Go to Plan > Configure > Options.
- Under Event Template Settings, clear Mark this event configuration as a template to copy for future events.
- Click Save.
