To change the details of a single registration, first find the registration and navigate to its overview page.
From that page, use the links in the Left Navigation Panel to go to the page with the details you wish to modify. The links are as follows:

The Attendee Profile page, with demographic data such as name, address, phone. Includes some Registration Information: the Attendee Type,Registration Status, Group, Registration Properties, and Custom Registration Properties, which you can edit. Includes Availability Information if the Appointments Module is enabled for the event. |

Custom Profile Information and Custom profile Information, listing the attendee's answers to any custom questions included on the registration form. |

Lists the agenda items that the attendee selected in their registration. |

Vview and apply payments and refunds. |

Tracks changes to the attendee's registration details. |

Enables the planner to email the attendee. |

Details of room reservations and room sharing status and preferences (Shown only if the Accommodation module is enabled for the event.) |

Details of the attendee's travel arrangements, including flights, and traveler information. (Shown only if the Travel module is enabled for the event.) |

Exhibitor-specific details such as Primary location and Number of Calendars, primarily for use with Exhibitor Event Views. Includes information only if the registrant is designated as an exhibitor, i.e. if their Attendee Type has the check box labeled This Attendee Type is an exhibitor and can participate in shared calendars selected under Plan > Event Setup > Attendee Types > Exhibitor Management. (Shown only if the Exhibitor Management sub-module of the Appointments Module is enabled for the event.) |
