If you wish to modify how Report Results are presented on the Planners View page, use the Display Options section. Options you can set are:

• Rows/Page – The number of rows to be displayed per page.
  When viewing the report, if the total number of rows exceeds the Rows/Page value, you'll see a message saying "Records X to Y of Z are shown." To move to the next set of records, Next Y >>>. To move backwards through the pages of records, click  <<< Previous X.

• Start Row – Changes the first row displayed on the page to the Sequence number equivalent to this value.

• Max Rows – The maximum number of records to be returned from the database at one time.

• • Defaults to 10000. May be decreased but not increased.

  • Caution: The more records returned by the report, the longer it will take to view the results.
