Reports can be delivered in several formats:

(Also called "Report Results Window"). Results are displayed in the standard Certain reporting interface. This window includes links to perform mass actions, export, and perform other functions. |

Printable HTML |
Results are displayed in a in a printer-friendly HTML format. |

Acrobat® PDF |
The Printable HTML report is exported to Acrobat® PDF format and can be opened or saved. |
|
Printable Excel® |
The “Formatted HTML” table is saved or opened as a file in Excel® format, with no conversion of numerical data. |
|
Excel® Spreadsheet |
Numerical data is converted to the optimal format for use in Excel®. |
|
Comma-Delimited Text File |
The report is delivered as a comma-delimited text file (.csv) for importing into other software. |
|
Tab-Delimited Text File |
The report is delivered as a tab-delimited text file (.txt). |
