The Personal Agenda is an attendee's dynamic personal agenda, showing the agenda items for which they have registered. It's displayed on the Verify and Confirm pages of a registration form.
In Certain 5.10, you configure it in Agenda Display Options:

Go to Plan > Forms > (form) > Agenda, and click the Agenda Display Options button.
