You can enhance the visual impact of your email messages by using the HTML format. You can include custom formatting as bold and italics, change the font face, size, and color, andinclude images and tables.
HTML email appears exactly like a webpage displayed within your attendee's email client software (such a Microsoft Outlook). But keep in mind that not every user has an HTML-capable email client. In addition, including graphics in your emails increases the size of the email. In some cases you may therefore wish to simply send plain-text email.
To create or edit HTML email, select the Send as HTML? check box and click Preview Message. This opens the HTML Editor , in which which you edit the email email with a WYSIWYG (what-you-see-is-what-you-get) interface.
You can optionally choose to include the Display Shell in the email. This automatically includes the graphics, color scheme, and text styles configured in Plan > Configure >Display for use on your registration forms.
