To send email to additional registrants:

Navigate to the main Registrations page.

Click a (numbered) link in a column that represents the group that you wish to email. The Report Results page displays.

Select the registrants that you wish to email from the list on the lower part of the Report Results page.

Click the Compose Email link on the upper part of the Report Results page. The Compose Emails to a Group of Registrations page displays.

Select the desired email template. The To: field is automatically populated with the selected registrants’ email addresses (from their profiles).
Note: It is also possible to select a group of registrants using the Run a query procedure.
