You can view the email history for a registrant by clicking the History tab link. This page shows all of the email communication sent to the registrant.
Click a record to see the details of the email message.
The full text of the email is kept for 90 days after the event ends. After 90 days, the body of the email is deleted.
The history record (the email’s To, From, Subject, Time, etc.) is retained for seven years.
