This report displays the number of registrations in several miscellaneous categories. You can click a number to view a detailed list of the registrations in a separate Report Results window, and you can click to export the report to Excel.

Deleted Registrations – Registrations that were "deleted" from the event (by clearing the Is Active? check box in the registration).

Test Registrations – Registrations that were entered when the form was in test mode, or that were marked as "test" registrations.

Potential Duplicates – Certain finds potential duplicates by performing a search on the first three letters of the first name and the entire last name. All registrations that match the criteria are displayed in a Report Results window.
Note: This report is not run automatically each time the page is loaded. In order to search for potential duplicates, you must run the report by clicking the Click to update list of potential duplicates link.

Positive Net Payment received – Registrations where payment was entered but some potential issue exists. There are several categories, listed below.

Balance Due – These attendees have paid some money, but still owe charges for the event.

Paid But Incomplete – These attendees have paid but have not completed their registration.

Pending – Pending attendees need attention from the planner to place them into an Active registration status.

Denied – These attendees were marked denied by the planner.

Cancelled – These attendees have paid but cancelled.

Inactive – These attendees paid, but have been removed from the database by the planner. It is not recommended to delete registrations with payments because it can cause problems later when reconciling transactions.
