For each night in the room block, this report shows the current number of booked rooms over the total amount of inventory allocated, as well as the utilization percentage. This information is shows for every hotel and room type, and includes the rate.

Note: If this event is using the Room-sharing feature: The numbers shown in the report below represent the total number of rooms that have been reserved by registrants. When you click a record, the details report will show one row per matched room and one row per unmatched roommate who has reserved a room. The number of records in the details report, therefore, may be larger than the total number of rooms shown below.

For example, if 2 people have elected to share a room, but they have not yet been matched by the planner, then they will show as 1 room below, with 2 records in the details report. If two people have been matched in a room, then they will show as 1 room below, with 1 record (that of the "Room Leader") in the details report. You should run a System or Custom report of Roomshare type in order to see a report that displays one row per matched roommate."
