A mass action enables you to apply an action to a group of selected records in a report, saving you time.
The mass actions that are available to you are determined by your user type. For instance, all mass actions are available to Administrators; Event Builders and other users see a subset of mass actions.
The available mass actions are also determined by the type of report.
Types of Mass Actions

Set Standard Registration Properties – Enables you to perform commonly needed operations for a group of selected registrants, including: • Mark as complete, • Mark as not complete ("Incomplete"), • Set badges printed, • Unset badges printed, • Add to "To Do" list, • Remove from "To Do" list, • Mark as "test", • Mark as "live", • Delete from database, • Restore from database.

Set Custom Registration Properties – Set or unset the value of your Custom Registration Properties for the selected registrants.

Change Registration Status – Change the registration statuses of the selected registrants.

Change Attendee Type and Fee – Assign a different attendee type (and associated fee, if applicable) to the selected registrants.
Note: You cannot assign a cancellation fee to a registration unless it has a Status of type Cancelled, or is being changed to such a status in the same save. -
Print Confirmations - Event & Account Templates – Generate and download printable confirmations for registrants.

Assign Rotation – Assign a Rotation to the selected attendees, including its appointment template and any assigned agenda items.
This may include changing an attendee's current rotation, or adding one to someone who doesn't currently have one.
(The Appointment Rotations sub-module of the Appointments Module must be enabled for the event (on Plan > Configure > Options)). -
Print Invoices – Event & Account Templates – Generate and download printable invoices for registrants.
(To download generated invoices, go to Promote > Communication > Invoices.)
If you are generating invoices for more than 25 registrants, the process will run in the background, and you will receive an email when it completes. -
Set Report Type Specific Properties – Enables you to perform actions for certain report types. (See table below.)
To apply a mass action:

Select the check box to the left of each record, or click the one in the header row to select all records on the page.
Note: Actions can only be performed on the records that are viewable on the current page.
To apply actions to more records, increase the number of rows displayed per page when generating the report. -
Select the action you wish to perform on these records from the Mass Actions drop-down list.

Click Go.
