Room Sharing and Roommate Matching (RSRM) enables you to track two attendees sharing the same hotel room during the event. The areas that control Room Sharing and Roommate Matching are:

• Plan > Configure > Options – Where you can enable the RSRM module for the event.

• Plan > Event Setup > Accommodation – Where you can enable RSRM for the event and set Roommate matching criteria such as Gender and Smoking Preference.

• Plan >Forms > Accommodation – Where you configure the section of the registration form that gathers roommate sharing information from the attendees.

• Match Roommates Interface – Enables you to view matched roommates and make match decisions.
