Display fields are located under Account Settings > Management > Display Fields. Only administrators have access to this area and the ability to create custom display fields. You can use Display fields to configure your event's display. They can be created and then added to the Primary and or Extended Display as Dynamic Data fields. Once created on the account, they will show in the event under Plan > Content Display > Display fields.
An example is where you want might want to add the logo or a banner image to your event. For the logo or banner which is typically a file type of an image, you can create a display field question type "Image".
To create a file type Display field, click add new and select question type "Image", add name, code and label - example banner and save.
You can then update the event display by adding your custom display field as a Dynamic Data field.
Go to Plan > Display > Extended > - sample script that can be placed in the Shell Header (HTML to include above the main page <table>).
For this set up, you will need to know or have an advanced knowledge of HTML.
Navigate back to the event, go to Plan > Content Display > Display fields and the display fields that you created on the account will show here. See examples below.
Any event builder can now upload an image for an updated banner from event to event by uploading an image here.
