If you are importing into the 'Assistant Email' or 'Additional Email' fields it is required that the corresponding 'CC Assistant Email?' or 'CC Additional Email?' checkbox is selected in order for email to be sent to this contact.
Indicating 'CC Assistant Email' or 'CC Additional Email' when Importing Registrations
- Via .txt file: Map a column in your .txt file to 'CC Assistant Email' or 'CC Additional Email' and enter a value of '1' if you would like this box to be selected.
- Via Excel file: Include a column for 'CC Assistant Email' or 'CC Additional Email' and enter a value of '1' if you would like this box to be selected.
