IV. How to Use the Power Template (Excel File Sections)
1. Event Configuration

- This section changes the content and design elements for the event website and form.

2. Banner Section
-
- This section changes the content within the Banner Section.
- The banner section can have multiple banner images that will auto-carousel through in 5 second intervals. If only one image is provided, it will remain static.
- Each row has options to include a Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile banner image to ensure the images on each device size is appropriate. If no Tablet or Mobile image is provided, it will use the Desktop image. The image may get cut-off when the image is auto-resized to fit the device size.
- Each row has options to include a Sub-Heading, Heading, and Description that will be overlayed on the image provided. This is optional and can be left blank or partially filled out.
- To add or update images to the banner section, upload your images to the Assets and copy the file path(s) and paste in the Image Path column of the file.
- To find Assets, go to Plan > Display > Assets
- Upload image file(s) > Right-Click on image >Click “Copy File Path”
3. Agenda Section

- This section changes the content within the Agenda Section including the Sub-Heading and Heading.
- Any agenda item does not require a Speaker image, Speaker Name, or Speaker Title. You can leave those sections blank if desired.
- When creating a new “Day”, make sure you put a blank row above it.
- To add or update images to the Image Path column, upload your images to the Assets and copy the file path(s) and paste in the Image Path column of the file.
- To find Assets, go to Plan > Display > Assets
- Upload image file(s) > Right-Click on image >Click “Copy File Path”
4. Speaker Section

- This section changes the content within the Speaker Section including the Sub-Heading and Heading and the Background Image.
- To add or update images to the Image Path column, upload your images to the Assets and copy the file path(s) and paste in the Image Path column of the file.
- To find Assets, go to Plan > Display > Assets
- Upload image file(s) > Right-Click on image >Click “Copy File Path”
5. Sponsor Section

- This section changes the content within the Sponsor Section including the Sub-Heading and Heading and Description.
- The “Type” column allows you to separate your sponsors into Tiers. You can title your tiers as you see fit.
- The “Link” columns allows you to attach a click-able hyperlink to your sponsor’s image.
- To add or update images to the Image Path column, upload your images to the Assets and copy the file path(s) and paste in the Image Path column of the file.
- To find Assets, go to Plan > Display > Assets
- Upload image file(s) > Right-Click on image >Click “Copy File Path”
6. Venue Section

- This section changes the content within the Venue Section including the Sub-Heading and Heading.
- The Venue Section can have multiple venues listed (one venue per row). If multiple venues are listed, the listings will alter back and forth.
- Each venue can either have an Embed Map or Image next to its information
- To embed a map, go to Google Maps > Look up the desired address > Click “Share” > Click “Embed a Map” > Click “Copy HTML” > Paste into the excel sheet
- To add an image, upload your image to the Assets and copy the file path(s) and paste in the Image Path column of the file. To find Assets, go to Plan > Display > Assets. Upload image file > Right-Click on image > Click “Copy File Path”
- Each venue can also have an external website button that can be customized with a Label and Hyperlink. (i.e. a Booking Link for a Hotel Venue)
7. FAQ Section

- This section changes the content within the FAQ Section including the Heading and Description.
- The “Category” column allows you to separate your FAQs into categories. You can title your categories as you see fit.
