III. How to Use the Power Template (Display Fields)
To find Display Fields go to Plan > Content Display > Display Fields
1. Branding Content File
-
- This field changes the branding elements of the Power Template.
- There is a Sample file you can download and edit for your own content.
Note: Be sure to utilize the Sample file and do not delete any columns or rows within the file as it will affect how the information uploads.
- To update, click “Browse” > upload your file > select the highlighted file > click the Save button on the bottom right
- If you need to make changes to a file already uploaded, click on the “Uploaded File” link under the Browse button and it will download the current file being utilized.
Note: After you make your changes to the file, you will need to re-upload the file and select the newly uploaded file in the display field to render the changes.
If you have Power Template (Single Content File), your Branding file will look like the screenshot below:

2. Event Content File

- This field changes the event content of the Power Template.
- There is a Sample file you can download and edit for your own content.

3. Select Navbar Menu Items

- This field allows you to manage Power Template’s templatized sections from being displayed on the event website and the navigation menu.
(i.e. if you do not have any Sponsors, you can remove “Sponsors” from the website and navigation menu)
- This field controls the following areas:
- About
- Agenda
- Speakers
- Sponsors
- Venue
- FAQ
- Register Button
- (none)
Note: You can change the order of the navigation in your Event Content File. If you do change the default order, you will need to manually update the website if you want the sections to follow that order.
4. Style Options

- This field updates the various sections with the different styles available.
- To update, simply add or remove the style you wish to use in your template. If no style is selected, it will automatically use our default settings if no option is selected.
- Go to section “IX: Understanding the Style Options” to learn about each style offered
5. About Content

- This field updates the content in the About Section
- To update, click on the </> to expand the text box and use editing features
6. Form Content
-
- This field updates the content in the Form Section if a Form Style is selected in the Style Options display field
- To update, click on the </> to expand the text box and use editing features
7. Separated Content Files (Multiple Content File Option ONLY)
- Banner File
- Agenda Content File
- Speaker Content File
- Sponsors Content File
- Venue Content File
- FAQ Content File
These fields are only displayed for the Power Template (Multiple Content Files)
These fields change their respective section’s content of the Power Template.

8. Header Logo

- This field is only displayed for the Power Template (Multiple Content Files)
- This field changes the header logo displayed in the navigation bar. This can be changed easily by clicking “Browse” and (uploading and) selecting your desired image.
9. Brand Color 1

- These fields are only displayed for the Power Template (Multiple Content Files)
- These fields change the primary colors in the template. They can be changed easily by updating the field and clicking “Save” to instantly see the results in your template.
- It is important that you use Hex Color format otherwise your template will not render the desired color.
10. Navbar Background Color
Navbar Item Color

- These fields are only displayed for the Power Template (Multiple Content Files)
- These fields change the Navbar background and text colors. They can be changed easily by updating the field and clicking “Save” to instantly see the results in your template.
- It is important that you use Hex Color format otherwise your template will not render the desired color.
11. Footer Background Color

- These fields are only displayed for the Power Template (Multiple Content Files)
- These fields change the Footer background and text colors. They can be changed easily by updating the field and clicking “Save” to instantly see the results in your template.
- It is important that you use Hex Color format otherwise your template will not render the desired color.
12. Link Color
Link Color on mouseover

- These fields are only displayed for the Power Template (Multiple Content Files)
- These fields change the color of hyperlinks and hyperlinks when mouseovered in your template. They can be changed easily by updating the field and clicking “Save” to instantly see the results in your template.
- It is important that you use Hex Color format otherwise your template will not render the desired color.
