Steps to Import and Update Accommodation Details:

Navigate to the Import Section:
- Go to Plan > Accommodation > Import.
- Go to Plan > Accommodation > Import.

Select the Import Type:
- From the drop-down menu, select Room Reservation.
- From the drop-down menu, select Room Reservation.

Choose Update Option:
- Click on Update Existing Reservation.
- Click on Update Existing Reservation.

Upload the Excel File:
- Upload your Excel (.xlsx) file containing the accommodation details.

Map the Fields:
- Review the automatically mapped fields to ensure accuracy. Adjust the mapping if necessary to match your data.
