Scheduled Emails
The Scheduled Emails page is displayed under Communications in an event if the Scheduled Emails module is enabled for the event in the Functional Areas Needed by This Event section on Plan > Configure > Options.

List of Active Scheduled Emails
This table lists the emails you have scheduled (by completing the Schedule Settings for an email template in Communication > Email Templates).
The lists of emails may be a multi-page list.
It includes the following details for each email:

Template – The name of the email template.

Code – The code identifying the scheduled email.

Date Scheduled – The date and time (with time zone) on which the scheduled email will be sent.

Scheduled By – The email address of the user by whom it was scheduled.

Status – The current status of the email, e.g. "Queued" or "Complete".

Action – Click
to delete a queued email, or
to see a list of the recipients of a completed one.
To change a scheduled email, even its Date Scheduled, go to Communication > Email Templates, where you can edit it.
Copied Events with Scheduled Emails
If you copy an event that has scheduled emails based on the event start or end dates, the new event includes copies of those emails, but they have an "On Hold" status. You need to click that to change it to "Queued" for the emails to be sent.
