3 ITEMS |
API time zone and Daylight Saving handling
Time zone handling across the Certain API has been reworked so that date and time values observe Daylight Saving Time transitions consistently. Timestamps returned by and accepted through the API now align with the event's configured time zone year round.
API › Date & Time SCM-55982
AngularJS framework updated to 1.9.12
The platform's AngularJS long-term-support build has been advanced from 1.9.11 to 1.9.12, picking up the latest security and stability patches. No change to functionality or configuration.
Platform › Framework SCM-56004
Native destinations available in Signal inbound flows
Signal inbound flows can now write to native Certain destinations directly from the CertainApp UI, removing the need for an intermediate mapping step when landing inbound data.

🐛 Bug Fixes |
16 ITEMS |
Cancelled registrations were excluded from Potential Duplicates
The Potential Duplicates check ignored cancelled registrations, so a registrant who cancelled and re-registered was not flagged. Cancelled registrations are now included in duplicate detection.
Registration › Potential Duplicates SCM-54900
Successful Stripe payments did not appear in Certain
Payments that completed successfully in Stripe were not always recorded against the registration in Certain, leaving balances that looked unpaid. Payment confirmation handling has been hardened so successful Stripe charges post reliably to the registration record.
Payment Processing › Stripe SCM-55281
Enter key triggered Send Email Now during mass email composition
While composing a mass email, pressing the Enter key activated the Send Email Now button, sending the message before it was finished. The Enter key no longer submits the send action.
Email › Mass Email SCM-55404
Pay.gov payment page returned a connection failure
Registrants reached an error reading “Error Parsing response from Pay.gov: Connection Failure” on the payment page. The Pay.gov response handling has been corrected and payments complete normally.
Payment Processing › Pay.gov SCM-55675
Invalid Row Number error when the session section shared a page with registrant details
An application error citing an invalid row number occurred when the session section was placed on the same form page as the registrant detail fields. The two sections now render together without error.
Forms › Page Layout › Sessions SCM-55886
Consolidation report custom columns were missing from Columns settings
Custom columns created inside a consolidation report did not appear in the report's Columns settings, so they could not be added to output. Custom columns are now listed and selectable.
Reports › Consolidation Reports › Custom Columns SCM-55925
Agenda Item Quantity logic condition cancelled the agenda item
Using Agenda Item Quantity as a logic rule condition to display an error message also cancelled the agenda item selection. The error message now displays without altering the registrant's agenda item.
Forms › Logic Rules › Agenda Items SCM-55942
Session Add/Remove button state was inconsistent after using the browser back button
Navigating back with the browser button left the session section's Add and Remove buttons in a state that did not match the registrant's actual selections. Button state is now rebuilt from saved data on return.
Forms › Sessions › Navigation SCM-55994
Custom profile data fields were missing from account-level report field selection
Custom profile data fields did not appear under Selected Data Fields when building an account-level report. All custom profile fields are now available for selection.
Reports › Account-Level Reports › Data Fields SCM-55999
Conditional agenda section displayed when its conditions were not met
An agenda section governed by conditions rendered on the form even when those conditions evaluated false. Section conditions are now enforced at render time.
Forms › Agenda › Conditions SCM-56000
Primary Registrant Status did not work as a logic condition on Additional Registration forms
On an Additional Registration form, a logic rule using the primary registrant's status as a condition never evaluated true. The primary registration status is now resolved correctly for additional-registrant logic.
Forms › Logic Rules › Additional Registrants SCM-56007
Application error when the session section was on a separate page from registration details
Placing the session section on a different form page from the registration detail page produced an application error. Both page arrangements now work.
Forms › Page Layout › Sessions SCM-56015
Compose Email send button did not respond
The send button in Compose Email did nothing when clicked, blocking one-off email sends. The send action now fires as expected.
Email › Compose Email SCM-56017
Custom profile question answer options did not respect the configured sort order
Answer options on a custom profile question displayed in an order other than the one configured. The saved sort order is now honoured everywhere the question is presented.
Profile › Custom Questions › Answer Options SCM-56018
Event Capacity Alert did not send when registration capacity was reached
The Event Capacity Alert notification was not triggered when an event hit its registration capacity. Capacity alerts now fire at the configured threshold.
Events › Capacity › Alerts SCM-56020
Deleted and test registrants counted against session capacity
Deleted registrants and registrants flagged as test records were still consuming session inventory, causing sessions to show as full prematurely. Only live, active registrations now count toward session capacity.
Sessions › Capacity & Inventory SCM-56021

Promo codes can apply a $0.00 fee through the API
The promo code API now accepts a fee value of $0.00, allowing a code to zero out a charge rather than requiring a non-zero amount or a separate waiver workflow.
API › Promo Codes SCM-55974
Certain login page updated to introduce Greet
The Certain login page graphic and supporting text have been refreshed to introduce Greet, Certain's on-site check-in and badging experience.
