Canceling a group leader's agenda item did not cancel the matching guest items
Canceling an agenda item for a group leader left the matching guest items active, which kept inventory out of sync and caused an error on save. Canceling the leader's item now clears the guest items too.

Guests could be added beyond the allowed quantity
A gap in validation let more guests than permitted be assigned to an agenda item. Guest counts are now checked before saving, so the configured limit is always respected.

Guest spots stayed held after a registration timed out
When a registration session expired through inactivity, only the primary registrant's spot was released and guest spots stayed locked. All spots are now freed, so the next person registers against accurate availability.

Invoices were not generating PDFs
Clicking Generate Invoice did not produce a file. Invoices now generate correctly from both the admin side and the attendee form.

Form logic rules based on custom registration properties were not firing
Logic rules that show or hide fields based on custom registration properties were not evaluated for new registrations. They now work as expected, and both “equals” and “does not equal” conditions are available when building the rule.

Unlimited-capacity sessions showed a vacancy count of 0
Sessions set to unlimited capacity displayed “0” for the vacancy count instead of “Unlimited,” and session titles using dynamic data showed “NULL” instead of leaving the field blank. Both now display correctly.

Shared report links stopped working unexpectedly
Report links shared through a tokenized URL stopped working after the service accounts behind them were flagged as inactive by a nightly system check. Those accounts are now excluded from that check, so shared report links stay reliable.

Available guest spots could increase after a cancel and re-add
Canceling a guest's agenda item and then re-adding it inflated the available guest count on the primary registration, which allowed more guests than permitted. The count is now calculated correctly.

Error when creating recurring session instances
Creating recurring instances for a session threw an error in some configurations. The platform now handles these cases and picks the right session to work from when multiple matches are found.

HTML in attendee type confirmation text was removed on save
HTML added to the Confirmation Header or Footer on an attendee type lost its angle brackets on save, which broke the formatting in attendee confirmations. HTML in those fields is now preserved.

Copied events displayed the session catalog differently than the original
The session catalog in a copied event could look different from the original. Event copy now carries over the catalog's styling, so the two match.

Content block on a PDF417 barcode caused an error on the confirmation page
Placing a content block as a field on a PDF417 barcode in the form's Confirm section caused an error when the confirmation page loaded. Content blocks and location maps are no longer offered as barcode field options, which prevents the error.
