Reg Promo Code field not evaluated in logic rule conditions or Custom HTML

The Reg Promo Code field returned no value when it was used as a condition in a logic rule or referenced from Custom HTML, so rules that depended on a promo code never fired. The field now resolves correctly in both places.

Event copy did not carry over all event content

Copying certain events produced an incomplete copy — some configuration and content did not carry across, while other events in the same account copied without issue. Event copy now reproduces the full event configuration.

Inactive or deleted email templates were still sent on a prior schedule

An email template that had been marked inactive or deleted was still delivered at its previously scheduled send time. Scheduled sends now re-check template status before delivery, so inactive and deleted templates are skipped.

Apostrophe in a Login ID blocked event copy and template-based event creation

Copying an event or creating a new event from a template failed when the acting user's Login ID contained an apostrophe. Login IDs with apostrophes and other special characters are now handled correctly.

Session Inventory Alerts were not delivered to single or multiple recipients

Session Inventory Alert notifications did not send, for either single-recipient or multi-recipient configurations. Alerts now deliver to every configured recipient when a session inventory threshold is reached.

Application errors during event copy

Several events produced an application error partway through the copy process, leaving the copy incomplete. The underlying data conditions that triggered these errors have been corrected and event copy now completes successfully.

Event Access Tokenization broke the Additional Registrant add-form workflow

With Event Access Tokenization enabled, the workflow for adding an additional registrant could not be completed. Tokenized event access and the Additional Registration add form now work together as expected.

The sent count reported for a scheduled email did not agree with the number of emails actually delivered. Send counts are now recorded accurately for scheduled email campaigns.

Logic rules would not save when an Attendee Type display name contained special characters

Saving a logic rule failed silently when the Attendee Type display name referenced in the rule contained special characters. Attendee Type names with special characters are now escaped correctly and logic rules save as expected.
