Step 10: Perform Post-Event Tasks
After your event is over, it is a good idea to clean up the database so that you have an accurate picture of your event success. The following tips will help you to get a handle on your registration data after the event:

Change the status of completed registrations to either Attended or No-Show.

Use the Refund Owed system report to find any registrants you owe money to and issue necessary refunds.

Use the Balance Due column on the Completed Registrations by Attendee Type summary report to find the attendees who still owe you money.

Fulfill orders for additional items ordered, such as tool kits, books, DVDs, etc. Use the Activity Summary Report for a list of the attendees who selected each item.

If you asked custom questions for the purposes of marketing future events, products, or services, create a marketing report that displays each attendee's answers to the questions.
