Spring Release #2 2026 is now in production and includes the following Enhancements and Bug Fixes.
Enhancements
Content Block Character Counter
A character counter is now displayed within the Content Block HTML editor, giving administrators clear visibility into how many characters have been entered relative to the limit. This makes it easier to manage content length and avoid unexpected truncation when building event content.
Session & Agenda Time Formatting
A new time formatting option is now available for session and agenda time displays throughout the platform. Administrators can now choose to display AM and PM with periods (e.g., A.M. and P.M.) to match their organization’s style preferences.
Bugs
Accommodation Import Error
An error that occurred when importing data to update existing room reservations has been resolved. Accommodation import updates now process correctly.
Custom Session Field Display Options
Custom session fields were not appearing as selectable options under Session Display Options > My Sessions: Verify & Confirm. This has been fixed and custom session fields are now available for selection when configuring session display.
Dynamic Data Fields on Email Not Unique Message
Dynamic data fields (DDFs) configured to display on the “Email not unique” validation message were not rendering. This has been corrected and DDFs now display as expected when a duplicate email address is detected during registration.
Form Text Below Header Error
A server error was occurring when text was entered in the “Text Below Header” field of a form section. This issue has been resolved and administrators can now add content to form section headers without encountering an error.
Logic Rule — Display Custom HTML Action
An error was thrown when editing an existing logic rule and changing the action to “Display Custom HTML.” This has been fixed and logic rules can now be updated to use the Display Custom HTML action without issue.
Session Cart — Verify Page Error
A server error was occurring on the Verify page during registration when the Session Registration via Cart setting had not been previously configured. This has been resolved and registration now proceeds correctly regardless of this setting’s configuration state.
