Additional Registrations

Canceling an additional registrant automatically cancels their associated sessions.
 

Badge PDF Download

Resolved an issue where generating on-demand badges for large events (100+ attendees) failed to trigger the download email. Smaller badge batches and individual badge downloads were not affected. Bulk badge generation now reliably delivers the download email as expected.

Content Blocks - Appending DDF's to Source

Resolved an issue where selecting a Dynamic Data Field (DDF) from the Source view in a Content Block's text editor failed to append as expected. DDFs now insert correctly whether working in standard or Source view, and persist after saving. Related content block functionality — including copying, HTML editing, and session block DDFs — was also verified as part of this fix.

Display Fields

Resolved an issue that could cause event Display Fields to save incorrectly after the initial setup. Affected events may have experienced corrupted text values and broken images — including logos and banners — in attendee-facing content such as confirmation emails, name badges, and agenda pages. This issue has been fixed, and Display Fields now save reliably on all subsequent edits.

Event Copy

• Resolved an issue where agenda item sort order values were not carrying over correctly when copying an event. Sort order assignments now transfer as expected, ensuring copied events maintain the intended agenda item sequence.
• We resolved an issue where tags assigned to agenda items were not carrying over when copying an event. Tags — including those added at both the account and agenda item level — now transfer correctly across all agenda item types when using the event copy wizard.
• Custom Display Field values containing special or non-Latin characters (such as Japanese, Chinese, or other UTF-8 text) now carry over correctly when copying an event. Previously, these characters were lost or corrupted in the copied event.

Forms>Registrant Details

A server error that occurred when an integration link was appended to the "Email Not Unique" field in Registrant Details has been fixed. The page now loads as expected with email uniqueness enforcement enabled.

Forms>Questions

Tags assigned to agenda items now carry over correctly when copying an event. This includes tags added at both the account and agenda item level, across all agenda item types when using the event copy wizard.

Mass Actions>Email

The confirmation message shown after sending a mass email was disappearing too quickly. It now remains visible until you manually close the window, giving you a reliable confirmation that your emails were sent successfully.

Random Email Sends and Reg Updates

Stale form submissions are now blocked from re-processing, preventing duplicate confirmation emails and unintended status, payment, or agenda changes caused by replayed POSTs.
