Spring Release #1 2026 is now in production and includes the following Enhancement and Bug Fixes.
Enhancements
Bulk Assignment — Incomplete Registration Indicator
In the Session Bulk Assignment workflow, registrations with incomplete details will now display an INCOMPLETE label directly on the interface. This makes it easier to identify and address incomplete records before finalizing session assignments.
Dynamic Data Fields in Form Section Headers - NEW!
You can now insert dynamic data fields (DDFs) into the section header areas of any form page, both above and below the header text. Supported field types include standard and custom profile fields, standard registration fields, standard event fields, custom event data fields, location fields, contact fields, and custom registration fields. This provides greater personalization and flexibility when designing registration forms.
Bugs
Import Email Images
Images were not displaying in import success email notifications. This has been corrected to ensure images render consistently across all import-related email communications.
Inline Additional Registration Emails
Emails sent to inline additional registrants were not being delivered. This issue has been resolved and email delivery to inline additional registrations is now functioning correctly.
Registration Confirmation Page Message
Some registrants editing their registrations with a zero balance were incorrectly shown a Registration information was modified message on the Confirm page. This message will no longer appear for complete registrations where no balance change has occurred.
Room Reservation Imports/Updates
An issue affecting some imports/updates of room reservation records has been resolved.
Session Cart Grouping Label
When adding sessions to cart with the Show Verify & Confirm Grouping option enabled, the Items Held in Cart grouping label was not appearing on the Verify page. This has been fixed and the label now displays correctly.
