Greet includes account-level settings that control integrations, branding, fonts, and reusable event configurations. These settings are available from the upper section of the left navigation menu and applied across the account.
Access Account-level Settings
The left sidebar is divided into two sections:
• Account-level Settings - Used to manage integrations, branding, fonts, and event templates
• Account Administration - Used to manage account - wide administrative settings and access controls.
Select an option from the left sidebar to access the corresponding settings page.

Integrations
The Integrations page display all external connections configured for the Greet account, including the Certain connector used for attendee and registration data syncs.
From this page, administrators can:
• View connection status
• Review the last sync date and time
• Test connections
• View sync history
• Disconnect integrations
• Run a manual sync

Custom Fonts
The Custom Fonts page is used to upload fonts for badge design. Uploaded fonts become available in the Badge Designer and can be used across all events within the account.
Supported File types include:
• WOFF
• WOFF2
• TTF
• OTF
Maximum file size: 5MB per font.

Kiosk Branding
The Kiosk Branding page manages the images displayed on attendee check-in kiosks.
Available branding elements include:
• Logo - Displayed in the Kiosk header (recommended size: 200 x 60 px)
• Banner - Displayed across the top of the Kiosk screen (recommended 800 x 230 px)
A preview panel is available to review branding before saving changes.

Event Configurations
The Event Configurations page is used to create reusable event templates.
Templates can store common settings such as:
• Badge printing options
• Check-in workflows
• Event setup preferences
Using templates helps standardize event configurations and reduce setup time for recurring events.
