Overview
The Reports section holds every check-in, session attendance record, badge print, and captured signature for an event. It updates live during the event and doubles as your post-event export tool.
This guide covers the stat tiles at the top of the page, what each of the three tabs shows, how to read session-level data, and how to export your data as CSV or Excel.
Navigating to Reports
Open the event from the Account Dashboard, then click Reports in the left sidebar.
The Stat Tiles
Four tiles sit across the top of the page and refresh automatically as attendees arrive:
- Total Attendees — the full registrant count for the event
- Checked In — how many attendees have been marked present, with the total check-in event count just below
- Badges Printed — how many badges Greet has printed for this event
-
Signatures — how many attendees have a captured signature on file
The Three Tabs
Below the tiles, three tabs control what's shown on the rest of the page: Overview, Attendees, and Sessions.
Overview
The Overview tab opens by default. It shows a Check-in Summary card with three sub-tiles:
- Session Check-ins — total session-level check-ins across the whole event. This is separate from the top-level Checked In tile, which counts event entry only.
- Questions Answered — the count of survey or screening question responses captured at check-in
-
Event Date — the scheduled date of the event
Attendees -
Click Attendees to see a per-person breakdown. The Attendee Details table has one row per registrant with these columns: Name, Email, Company (blank if not collected), Status (Checked In for attendees who arrived), Check-ins (the total number of distinct check-ins the attendee logged across event entry and any sessions), Badge (whether a badge was printed), and Signature (whether a signature was captured).
Sessions
Click Sessions to see per-session attendance. Each session in the event appears as its own block showing:
- Registered — count of attendees signed up for that session
- Checked In — how many of those registrants checked in at the session
- Currently Attending — live count of attendees still in the session, for events where session exit is also tracked.
Each block also includes a per-attendee roster with Name, Email, Check-in Time, and Status. A registered chip means the attendee is signed up but hasn't arrived yet. A checked in chip with a timestamp means they're in the room.
Click Time Tracking on any session block to open a duration view showing how long each attendee spent in that session.
Exporting Your Data
First, navigate to the tab you want to export: Attendees for the full roster, Sessions for per-session data.
In the top-right corner of the page:
- Check Include signatures in export if you need signature data in the file. Leave it unchecked if you only need the attendance roster.
- Click CSV to download a comma-separated file, or Excel to download an .xlsx file with formatting preserved.
The export reflects whichever tab is active when you click download.
A Note on Live Data
The stat tiles update throughout the event with no manual refresh needed. After the event ends, they settle into a final summary you can reference or export at any time.
